This event served a dual purpose: to showcase the exceptional skills of Air Force personnel and to inspire the youth of the North East, particularly in Meghalaya, to consider a future in the Indian Armed Forces.

The aerial exhibition was a visual delight, highlighted by a mesmerizing flypast that included ALH and Chinook helicopters, the versatile Dornier transport aircraft, and the formidable SU-30 and Rafale fighter jets.

This grand showcase was a pivotal component of the 91st-anniversary celebrations of the Indian Air Force (IAF), held at its headquarters. The performance of the Sarang Helicopter Display Team was a remarkable highlight of the event.

Air Marshal SP Dharkar, Air Officer Commanding in Chief of the Eastern Air Command, graced the occasion as the chief guest.

The spectacular display drew a large crowd, which included civil, state, and defense dignitaries, children, and the general public. This showcase not only celebrated the legacy of the IAF but also served as an inspiring platform for the youth of the North East, encouraging them to consider a future in the Indian Armed Forces.
