Meghalaya: Major Drug Racket Busted in Shillong
Northeast Desk, 21st September: Meghalaya police successfully busted a significant drug racket in the state capital, Shillong, following a tip-off from a vigilant driver. The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K Sangma, shared the news on social media, highlighting the seizure of drugs with an estimated value exceeding Rs 2 crore.
CM Sangma commended DGP L R Bishnoi for the continuous efforts in pursuing the state’s objective of achieving a ‘Drug-Free Meghalaya.’
