Shillong: In a major coup for the Indian music scene, the iconic American rock band Mr Big will headline the third edition of Bloomverse Festival on February 14, 2025, in Umiam, Meghalaya.
The band’s performance will be part of their farewell ‘The BIG Finish Tour,’ marking the end of a legendary career spanning over three decades. Fans can expect to hear timeless classics like “To Be With You” and “Wild World” during their electrifying set.
Organised by SkillBox, Bloomverse Festival has become a prominent platform for alternative, independent, and subculture music in India. Previous editions have featured both established and emerging artists, making it a must-attend event for music enthusiasts.
Mr Big, known for their virtuosic musicianship and powerful vocals, will perform their million-selling album “Lean Into It” in its entirety, along with other beloved tracks. With Nick D’Virgilio on drums, the band continues to deliver unforgettable performances and honour the legacy of their late drummer, Pat Torpey.
