A person from indigenous community of Tripura was injured in a mischievous attack on friday night. The incident took place at Kankarchhara ADC Village under Mungiakami police station.The injured person’s name is Dayamayi Devvarma.
According to details of the incident, Dayamayi Devavarma was on his way to home from the local market at night and then a few miscreants got in the way of Dayamayi Devavarma attacked him. After the incident occured the victim gave a mournful cry and all the local people came forward for his rescue but unfortunately the miscreants were able to escape from the spot. Upon receiving the news, the family members brought the injured Dayamayi Devvarma to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. The injured victim is currently undergoing treatment at Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. Although no complaint has been lodged against the miscreants at Mungiakami police station in this regard till now.
