Guwahati: Assam Police arrested a person on February 13 and also seized 1 kg of Morphine in Karbi Anglong district of Assam, said Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The Assam Chief Minister also praised the Assam Police and encouraged them to keep up their drive against the drug epidemic in the state.
”On Monday, @karbianglongpol intercepted a four-wheeler vehicle at Dilai Tinniali and seized 1 kg Morphine, hidden in a secret chamber.
Excellent work @assampolice,” Sarma tweeted.
