Guwahati: Are you a Dosa Lover? Here is the most costly dosa in the city, laced with 24-karat pure gold which was created by House of Dosas at Road No. 2 Banjara Hills,Hyderabad elevating the culinary scene in a city famed for its love of food.
The “916 KDM gold dosa,” which costs a staggering Rs 916, has become a local rage with diners lining up to sample the opulent delicacy.
A unique batter is used to make the dosa, which is then decorated with edible 24-karat gold flakes to give it a striking appearance. The dish which comes with a side of chutneys and at least three different kinds of podis, is reported to be entirely safe to eat.
Despite the hefty price, House of Dosas is certain that the Gold Dosa will remain popular among city residents who like eating. The restaurant also offers various dishes like pizza dosa, nutella chocolate dosa and dry fruit dosa.
