Mumbai’s Dhirubhai Ambani School Gets Bomb Threat Call
Guwahati: The Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai received a call from an unidentified caller where he threatened to blow up the school.
According to the Mumbai Police, the school’s landline on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. got a call. The caller claimed to have planted a time bomb at the school and disconnected the call immediately.
A bomb detection and disposal squad and a police team were then dispatched to the school’s campus. The campus was later declared safe after a search.
A case has been filed against the unidentified caller under sections 505 (1) (B) and 506 of the IPC as a result of the school’s complaint.
According to the Mumbai Police, the caller has been identified and promised that he will be apprehended shortly.
