Guwahati: A large number of explosives were seized by Assam police and one person was arrested from Sonari under Charaideo district.
According to reports, a total of seven cartons full of explosives were seized from the possession of the woman.
The arrested woman has been identified as Bheri Mizo, a resident of Nagaland.
Meanwhile, the auto rickshaw carrying the explosives was also impounded.
The driver of the auto rickshaw, identified as Adam Toti was also detained and placed under questioning.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
