Guwahati: At least three people were taken into custody in the Bhandari foothills region of the Wokha district of Nagaland carrying weapons, including a 9mm pistol and ammunition on Saturday evening.
Reportedly, an NSCN-IM cadre is one of the three people that were arrested.
Moreover, the arrest was made as a result of a tip the Assam Rifles received.
However, the police have not established whether the guy who was apprehended is an NSCN cadre.
