Nagaland BJP Minister Temjen Imna Along Surprises Netizens with AR Rahman in Scenic Video

Northeast Desk, 22nd June: Nagaland BJP minister Temjen Imna Along created a stir on social media today by posting a captivating video on platform X, inviting viewers to identify a special guest featured in the footage. “Look carefully, you will see someone special,” Temjen teased in his post, sparking excitement and curiosity among netizens.

Upon closer inspection, fans were thrilled to discover that the special guest was none other than the renowned music composer and singer, AR Rahman. Rahman was seen immersing himself in the tribal music against the picturesque backdrop of Nagaland’s hills.

AR Rahman’s connection to Northeast India has been notably deep and affectionate. At the 77th Cannes Film Festival, where he premiered his documentary ‘Headhunting to Beatboxing,’ Rahman expressed his admiration for the region. He remarked, “I always have this little soft corner for the Northeast. I feel like they are not included the way they should be in movies or anything. I was invited for the Hornbill festival in Nagaland. I went there and I got super inspired seeing the whole place, the vibe. It didn’t look like India. The India that we normally, you know, people see. I felt like it’s a very special, transformative, inspiring place and the world should see that and get inspired.”

This video has further solidified Rahman’s fondness for Northeast India, showcasing the region’s cultural richness and natural beauty to a broader audience.
