Nagaland: Japanese Ambassador Immersed in Cultural Festivities in Kohima

Northeast Desk, 8th May: The vibrant city of Kohima came alive with cultural celebrations as Japanese Ambassador to India Hiroshi Suzuki commenced his two-day visit to the state on the evening of May 7. Upon his arrival in the capital, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and his wife Kaisa Rio extended a warm traditional welcome to Suzuki and his delegation at the CM’s residential complex.

Organized by the Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA), a cultural extravaganza showcased the rich artistic talents of Nagaland, featuring performers from various parts of the state. The gala event, presided over by Chief Secretary J. Alam, saw the attendance of ministers, advisors, MLAs, and senior bureaucrats, adding to the festive atmosphere.
