Nepal: Saurya Airlines Aircraft Crashes During Takeoff at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport

International Desk, 24th July: On the morning of July 24, a Saurya Airlines aircraft crashed during takeoff at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. The plane, en route to Pokhara, was carrying 19 people, including crew members, when the accident occurred around 11 a.m. local time.

A security official at the airport, who requested anonymity, reported that the pilot has been transported to a nearby hospital. The extent of injuries to other passengers and crew members is still unclear. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
