Guwahati: The family members of a new born baby staged a protest against the team of Adharsha Hospital of Mowamari village which falls under Nagaon district of Assam alleging that their new born baby died due to their negligence.
The doctor and nurse who is accused of baby’s death have been identified as Doctor Abidur Rahman and nurse Jasmine Begum.
Protesters said that they are the accused of their new born baby which died due to their negligence.
The victim’s family members lodged a complaint with the Mowamari Police Out Post.
As per the sources of MyNewsNE, carrying the body of the infant, locals surrounded the police station and held a protest.
The protesters also demanded that the accused doctor and nurse should be detained soon and the police should give appropriate punishment.
