The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed Chargesheet against 7 ULFA operatives in connection with the killing of Bordumsa Police Station Sub-Inspector Bhaskar Kalita in Assam. NIA has filed chargesheet against ULFA operatives Bijit Gogoi, Kanto Bora, Santosh Gogoi Sadiya, Jushinta Moran,Bubul Moran, Dipankar Borah and Mamun Dihingia.
Sub-Inspector Bhaskar Kalita with his Police team and para-military forces launched a joint operation against ULFA militants in a house of Kujupathar Village and during the operation the ULFA militants hiding inside a locked house started firing indiscriminately at the Police, which resulted in the death of brave Bhaskar Kalita.
