Guwahati: The leopard menace appears to have spread throughout the state as reports of clashes seem to be appearing every other day.
A man was injured in a leopard attacked that took place in Dibrugarh district of Assam on Wednesday.
The incident was reported from Dibrajan area of the district.
Meanwhile, forest officials reached the spot to track the animal and cage him before releasing him into the wild.
The leopard may have wandered into the region in quest of food.
