Owner of Brick Kiln Stabbed To Death In Assam’s Nagaon

Guwahati: An owner of a brick kiln was murdered by unidentified assailants in the Nagaon district of Assam on Monday.

According to reports, the incident occured last night in Roumari village which is close to Hatipara in the Nagaon district. Around 10 o’clock at night, criminals broke into the victim’s home and killed him with pointed objects.

Officials identified the victim as Mujibur Rahman who was the owner of a Brick Kiln. Rahman also told the police that he works as a teacher at a government-run school in the area.

The motivation behind the heinous crime hasn’t surfaced yet, though. Additionally, police have not yet named any suspects in relation with the incident.

According to an official, the police have started an inquiry into the incident and are looking for the perpetrators.
