PM Modi flags off India’s First Driverless Metro train

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi via video conferencing inaugurated India’s first ever fully automated driverless metro train on the Magenta Line of the Delhi Metro along with the fully operational National Common Mobility Card service on the Airport Express Line.

DMRC’s Executive Director of Corporate Anuj Dayal said “The train to run on the 37 km Magenta line from Janakpuri West to Botanical Garden and has six coaches that are equipped with several advanced features.”
