PM Modi Receives Ceremonial Guard of Honour at Admiralty House in Sydney
International Desk, 24 May: Prime Minister Narendra Modi received Ceremonial Guard of Honour on Wednesday at Admiralty House in Sydney, Australia. Prime Minister Modi also signed the book for visitors at Admiralty House. Earlier on Tuesday while participating in a public function during his visit to Sydney, the Prime Minister said that the foundation of historical relations between India and Australia is close and called it “mutual trust and mutual respect”.
Bilateral relations between India and Australia have previously been confined to the 3C Commonwealth Commonwealth, Cricket and Curry. Then ‘Democracy, Migration and Relations’ And noting that it was later defined by Energy, Economics and Education, the Prime Minister said that this relationship is “beyond” and “it is mutual trust and mutual respect”.
Addressing a public event in Sydney on the second day of his visit to Australia, Prime Minister Modi recognized the Indian diaspora in Australia as the force behind mutual respect and trust between the two countries.
Earlier it was said that the relationship between India and Australia is defined by the 3C – Commonwealth, Cricket and Curry. It was then said that our relationship was defined by ‘democracy, migration and relations’. Some have also pointed out that India’s relationship depends on the economy and the education power. But we believe that the india-Australia relationship is beyond that and it is a relationship of mutual trust and mutual respect.
On Tuesday in Sydney, the Prime Minister also had an important meeting with representatives of Australia’s top Australian business establishments. During the meeting, the Prime Minister called upon the representatives of business establishments to enhance cooperation in the areas of technology, efficiency and clean energy with Indian industry.
