PM Modi Urges To Use Tricolour as Profile Pic On Social Media in ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’
Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged his countrymen on Sunday to adopt “tiranga” as their profile image on social media between August 2 and August 15 in an effort to support the “Har Ghar Tiranga” movement.
“In conjunction with the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a unique movement called “Har Ghar Tiranga” is being planned for the 13th through the 15th of August. Let’s further this cause by flying the National Flag at home “PM Modi made this statement today during an appearance on the monthly radio show “Mann Ki Baat.”
“The National Flag’s designer, Pingli Venkhaiya, was born on August 2nd. I implore everyone to use “tiranga” as their social media profile photo between August 2 and August 15,” said he.
A campaign called “Har Ghar Tiranga” is being run by Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to get people to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to commemorate India’s 75th anniversary of independence.
In addition, PM Modi said that as India celebrates 75 years of independence, it will be a magnificent and historic occasion.
“My fellow citizens, today we began a discussion on the nation’s 75th anniversary of independence by travelling the entire nation. The path of our following 25 years would have started by the time we next met. To raise our cherished tricolour at our houses and those of our loved ones, we must all come together. If you did something exceptional to honour Independence Day this year, please let me know. We’ll revisit the topic of our Amrit Parv’s various colours when we speak again next time. I’ll see you again later. I sincerely appreciate it “PM Modi stated.
Notably, this 91st episode of PM Modi’s regular radio show.
