Guwahati: In a major haul, sleuths of Assam Police seized huge amount of marijuana (Cannabis) weighing 23kg from Darrang district of Assam on Monday.
One suspected peddler has also been arrested in connection to the seizure.
The peddler identified as Amirul Islam, a resident from Medhipara.
According to reports, the marijuana was seized from his bicycle when Dalgaon police intercepted him.
Reportedly, the seizure of marijuana took place in Dalgaon.
