Guwahati: We often come across strange stories where severe cyber-crimes take place and this time it was reported that a ‘porn-addict’ accountant had cheated his employer for over Rs 1 Crore in Gujarat’s Rajkot.
As per reports, the accountant identified as Tushar Sejpal had been cheating his employer since 2019. He was made in charge of the company accounts by a graphics designer named Irfan Sheikh of Ahmedabad. But, during his service with Sheikh’s company, Sejpal had spent almost Rs 16 lakhs for watching online porn and videos.
Apart from this, he also fell in “love” with a girl online and this girl had allegedly taken advantage of Sejpal and had taken almost Rs 85 lakhs from him.
He had allegedly even misused the funds for Irfan’s house EMI.
After Irfan found these, he filed an FIR against Sejpal, the girl, and her mother for cheating him for over Rs 1 crore.
