Pradeep Kumar Rawat Takes Charge As India’s New Ambassador To China

Guwahati: Pradeep Kumar Rawat, India’s new ambassador to China was assumed charge on Monday.

In December of last year, Pradeep Rawat was named the next Indian Ambassador to China.

Ambassador Vikram Misri, who was appointed as the Deputy National Security Advisor is succeeded by Rawat.

Rawat landed in China on March 4 and was subjected to China’s Covid-19 quarantine standards.

Sharing the news on Twitter, the Indian Embassy in China wrote, “HE Shri. Pradeep Kumar Rawat, Ambassador of India to the People’s Republic of China assumed charge @EOIBeijing today.”
