Guwahati: In a horrific incident, a pregnant teacher was physically assaulted by a group of students in Moran in Charaideo district of Assam on Tuesday.
The incident took place at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) in Moran.
According to reports, the teacher was allegedly attacked by the boys after she complained to their parents about their behaviour at school.
Meanwhile, the school administration has taken strong action against 22 students who participated in the attack on the teacher.
