Guwahati: In a shocking incident from Guwahati, two drunken miscreants allegedly attempted to gang rape a pregnant woman and allegedly kicked her in the stomach.
The incident was reported in the Baghorbari area in Satgaon.
According to reports, the victim woman was alone in her home when the inebriated miscreants broke down her door and tried to rape her.
However, the woman was kicked in the stomach when she made an attempt to flee, which led to the death of the foetus.
Her family members filed a complaint with the Satgaon police station as a result of the incident.
No arrests had been made up until the time of this report’s filing.
Officials informed that a manhunt has been launched to find the accused.
