President Droupadi Murmu Extends Eid-ul-Fitr Greetings

National Desk, 11th April: President Droupadi Murmu conveyed her greetings to citizens on April 11, marking the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. In her message, she wished everyone a path of progress, happiness, inspiring forgiveness, and charity.

Taking to social media platform X, President Murmu addressed the nation, particularly extending her wishes to her Muslim brothers and sisters. She expressed her heartfelt wishes for a joyous Eid-ul-Fitr, highlighting the festival’s significance in spreading unity, harmony, and brotherhood. She emphasized that this festival of sharing happiness inspires forgiveness and charity, fostering a spirit of generosity among all.

On this auspicious occasion, President Murmu expressed her hope for the country’s continued progress and prosperity, urging all citizens to live in peace and harmony.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also extended his wishes on the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr. In a post on social media platform X, PM Modi conveyed his best wishes, expressing hope that the occasion further spreads the spirit of compassion, togetherness, and peace. He wished everyone happiness and good health, concluding with the traditional greeting, “Eid Mubarak!”
