Public should be extra cautious to avoid COVID-19 second wave: Himanta Biswa Sarma

With the COVID-19 infection rate coming down in Assam, the State Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has urged the Public to be extra cautious so as to avoid a Second round of infection of the deadly virus. Speaking to Reporters in Sivasagar, the Health Minister said that several States in India took the COVID-19 infection casually and opened up everything resulting in a Second wave.
