The distinguished recipients of the Bharat Ratna are former Prime Ministers PV Narasimha Rao and Chaudhary Charan Singh, along with renowned agricultural scientist Dr. MS Swaminathan.
PV Narasimha Rao, revered as a distinguished scholar and statesman, served India with distinction in various capacities, including as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Union Minister.
