Rahul Gandhi To Stay In Container For 150 Days For Bharat Jodo Yatra

Guwahati: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will reside in a container for the ensuing 150 days as part of the party’s “Bharat Jodo Yatra,” which began today in Kanyakumar of Tamil Nadu.

The “Bharat Jodo Yatra” was officially inaugurated on Wednesday beginning Rahul Gandhi’s 3,570 mile (approximately 150 day) journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.

Some important queries about Rahul Gandhi’s housing and floods arise as the party launches the nationwide yatra. However, the party has stated that he will not stay in a hotel but will instead do the entire route in a straightforward manner.

In the container, Rahul Gandhi will remain for 150 days. Some of the containers also have sleeping quarters, restrooms, and air conditioners. There will be numerous different climate and environmental conditions along the way. The arrangements were made with the new location’s extreme heat and humidity in mind.

“A village has been established in Kanyakumari, where all of these containers have been installed, and about 60 of these containers have been prepared and delivered there. Every day, a new location in the shape of a village will be chosen for the container to be parked for the night. Rahul Gandhi’s full-time yatris would eat together and socialise frequently “A party representative told ANI.

Gandhi sees the Bharat Jodo Yatra as a method to engage with the average person, the speaker continued.

“He therefore wants to finish the full adventure without the flash and glory in a straightforward manner. Rahul Gandhi refers to it as a journey, but political analysts see it as a 2024 preparation “the official added.

Gandhi participated in a prayer gathering earlier today at the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial in Sriperumbudur.

On May 21, 1991, while running for the Lok Sabha, his father Rajiv Gandhi was slain in a bombing in Sriperumbudur.
