Guwahati: Doctor Navanil Barua, who was accused of making fake medical reports for Rajkanya Baruah has been arrested by Guwahati Police on Sunday.
Dispur Police has arrested Navanil for allegedly providing fake medical reports and also for admitting Rajkanya in ICU without any health complications in Guwahati Neurological Research Centre ( GNRC) Hospital.
However, the investigation is still on.
It may be, mentioned that the former Miss India finalist Rajkanya Baruah had hit 9 PWD workers with her vehicle at the Rukmini Gaon area in Guwahati on October 1.
On 2 October she was arrested in hit and run case by Guwahati Police.
