Renowned Filmmaker Sanjay Gadhvi Passes Away at 53
National Desk, 19th November: Acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Gadhvi, known for directing blockbuster movies like ‘Dhoom’ and ‘Dhoom 2,’ passed away on Sunday at the age of 53 due to a heart attack. Gadhvi’s notable contributions to Indian cinema include successful films such as ‘Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai’ and ‘Kidnap.’
His directorial journey began with “Tere Liye” in 2000, although the film faced challenges and went unnoticed. Gadhvi rose to fame with the action thriller ‘Dhoom’ in 2004, marking a significant milestone in his career. His recent works included ‘Ajab Gazabb Love’ in 2012 and ‘Operation Parindey’ in 2020. Close friends revealed that Gadhvi had visited a multiplex to watch movies a few days before his untimely demise.
