Revanth Reddy sworn-in as Telangana CM with 11 ministers

National Desk, 7th December: Anumula Revanth Reddy, the President of Telangana Congress, was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Telangana today in a grand ceremony at Hyderabad’s LB Stadium.

The oath of office was administered by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.

The ceremony included the swearing-in of twelve ministers, namely Uttam Kumar Reddy, Sridhar Babu, Ponnam Prabhakar, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Damodar Rajanarasimha, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Dana Anasuya, Tummala Nageswar Rao, Konda Surekha, and Jupally Krishna Rao, who joined Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in taking the oath.

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has been designated as the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana and will take the oath alongside the ministers and the Chief Minister-elect. Additionally, Gaddam Prasad Kumar is set to be sworn in as the Assembly Speaker.

Prominent Congress figures, including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, the party’s general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and Congress in-charge of Telangana, Manikrao Thakare, attended the ceremony, underscoring the significance of the occasion.
