Rupaichari Primary Health Centre in Tripura Receives National Quality Assurance Standards Certification

Northeast Desk, 29th June: The Rupaichari Primary Health Centre, located in the South District of Tripura, has been honored for achieving National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) Certification with an impressive score of 95 percent.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, who also serves as the state’s health minister, announced that the Rupaichari Primary Health Centre was felicitated during the launch of Ayushman Bharat Gunvatt Swasthya at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, on June 28.

Chief Minister Saha took to the microblogging site X to share the commendable achievement. He wrote, “Proud moment for Tripura’s Health Department! Rupaichari Primary Health Centre (PHC) of South Tripura District has been felicitated for attaining National Quality Assurance Standards Certification with 95 per cent score by Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Ayush, in the presence of Anupriya Patel, Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.”

This recognition underscores the commitment and excellence of the Rupaichari Primary Health Centre in delivering high-quality healthcare services to the people of South Tripura District. The NQAS Certification reflects the health centre’s adherence to stringent quality standards, contributing to improved healthcare outcomes in the region.
