In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation in the State of Assam and the Educational Institutions being closed as on date, the Secondary Education Department Assam has issued an order whereby the Summer Vacations in schools has been rescheduled from 15th of May to 14th of June 2021 which was earlier scheduled from 1st of July to 31st of July 2021 as per the Academic calendar.
The decision was taken with the objective of ensuring that the students of Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary schools (Class I to 12) do not suffer from any academic loss.
