A sensational incident occurred in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh where a vehicle fell into a rivulet killing seven labourers and one suffered serious injuries. According to reports the Vehicle Mahindra Pickup was on its way to Sundernagar from Mandi when it fell into a rivulet at Pulghrat.
The Himachal Police have registered a case under IPC sections 279 (rash driving), 338 (causing grievous hurt to any person) and 304 A (causing death by negligence).
