Shockwaves in Nazira as Assamese Woman Found Dead in Ahmedabad, Foul Play Suspected

Guwahati: A pall of gloom has descended upon Nazira, Assam, following the tragic and mysterious death of 24-year-old Shivali Kashyap in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her lifeless body was discovered in the early hours of June 10, igniting a wave of concern and prompting serious allegations of foul play from her distraught family.

The circumstances surrounding Shivali’s demise are shrouded in suspicion, with her family pointing fingers at her boyfriend, Saurav Purohit. Purohit’s account of the incident claims Shivali died after “falling from a building,” a version vehemently disputed by her relatives.

Adding to the mystery, family members reveal a chilling timeline. Shivali was reportedly on a phone call with her mother until 12:34 AM on the night she died. A mere 30 minutes later, around 1:00 AM, the family received the devastating news of her death, a rapid and unexplained sequence of events that has left them reeling and questioning the veracity of the boyfriend’s statement.

Shivali, like many young professionals, had moved to Ahmedabad for employment, working with a private company in the bustling city. Upon learning of the tragedy, her brother immediately travelled to Ahmedabad, determined to liaise with local authorities and ensure a thorough and impartial legal process unfolds.

The bereaved family has outright rejected Saurav Purohit’s explanation, strongly asserting their belief that Shivali may have been murdered. They have issued an urgent appeal to the Ahmedabad police to conduct a meticulous investigation, with a particular emphasis on the boyfriend’s alleged involvement in the incident.

As the police launch their probe to determine the exact cause and circumstances of her death, the family and friends of Shivali Kashyap are united in their demand for swift justice and a completely transparent investigation into this deeply troubling case.
