Sidhu Moose Wala Murder: Delhi Police held Main Shooter, His Accomplice

Guwahati: The gunman in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case who is the youngest has been arrested by Delhi Police.

The accused identified as 18-year-old Ankit Sirsa.

According to reports, Sirsa was the primary gunman in the killing of Moose Wala. He belongs to the Lawrence Bishnoi group.

Sirsa was apprehended by police in Delhi’s bus terminal on Sunday evening.

Police officials claim that the 18-year-old was the shooter who was closest to Moose Wala and fired six shots at him.

Meanwhile, one of his associates identified as Sachin Virmani was also detained.

It should be mentioned that on May 29, a group of assailants shot and killed the 28-year-old Punjabi rapper and performer Sidhu Moose Wala in Punjab. Within 15 minutes of being shot, he passed away.

Up to 19 slugs were found in his body by medical professionals. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is the primary suspect in the case, and investigators believe that he planned the murder from behind bars.

According to officials, Sirsa approached the singer, who was driving an SUV, from the closest possible distance and fired at him with both hands. According to the police, he was the “most desperate” of the bunch.

Investigations have shown that Sirsa had been given the go-ahead to kill Moose Wala by Canadian mobster Goldy Brar, a supporter of Lawrence Bishnoi.

Brar confessed responsibility for the crime Moose Wala’s murderer in a Facebook post shortly after it happened.

Earlier, the Delhi police arrested three accused in the case from Kutch in Gujarat. They were Priyavrat alias Fauji (26), a resident of Sonipat in Haryana, Kashish (24), also from the state’s Jhajjar district, and Keshav Kumar (29), a resident of Bhatinda in Punjab.
