Sikkim: Citizen Action Party Strengthens Leadership with Trio of New Appointments
Northeast Desk, 14th September: In a strategic effort to strengthen its leadership, the Citizen Action Party-Sikkim has appointed three new members to its executive committee, with Ganesh Kumar Rai stepping into the role of President. The announcement followed a high-level meeting at the Party Headquarters, led by the Central Executive Committee and supervised by the Central Supervisory and Inspection Committee (CSIC).
In his acceptance speech, Rai outlined his vision for the party’s future, focusing on unity and collaborative efforts to address the challenges facing the people of Sikkim. Expressing gratitude for the trust placed in him, he emphasized the need for a collective approach in advancing the party’s mission.
Rai’s appointment marks a new chapter for the Citizen Action Party, signaling a period of proactive engagement and leadership aimed at addressing the concerns of Sikkim’s citizens.
