Sikkim CM hears people’s problems in Chujachen Constituency

Guwahati: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang led “The Administration at the Doorstep” on December 30 at Chujachen Constituency, Pakyong District, where he spoke with common people and learned about their issues.

The meeting also had the presence of MLA Bishnu Khatiwara, MLA K B Rai, Former MLA Bikram Pradhan, Zilla Panchayats, Ward Panchayats, Secretary-CM Office SD Dhakal, DC Pakyong, SP Pakyong, ADC Pakyong, ADC Development, SDM Rongli, BDO Rhenock, Regu and Pakyong, HoDs of line department, Officials from Chief Minister’s office along with Police personnel.

The day began with a briefing from the chief minister who said that during the 11 hours of public work, appointments would be made for government services and sick people would receive medical care.

The chief minister reportedly toured several public works throughout the large crowd that apparently attended the public meeting.

In addition, 45 sick Dalapchen individuals received medical care through the Chief Minister’s Medical Assistance Scheme.

The CM also disclosed that he would meet with the people of Rhenock on January 8, 2023, and Gnathang- Machong on January 12, 2023.

The meet was systematically planned, and volunteers staffed a help desk to ensure hassle-free services for the benefit of the public.

The CM attended a weeklong Srimad Bhagwat Puran earlier in the first hour in Kingston, Rhode Island.
