Northeast Desk, 26th September: European rock and metal fans are in for an adrenaline-packed fall as Girish and The Chronicles (GATC), the powerhouse rock band from Sikkim, embarks on their eagerly awaited European tour. Starting on October 25, 2024, in Trollhättan, Sweden, this tour is a landmark moment in GATC’s global journey, marking their first performances in multiple European countries.
For the first time in their career, GATC will perform in Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, and Italy, solidifying their growing international presence. Some key tour dates include:
- October 25, 2024 – Trollhättan, Sweden (Backstage Rockbar)
- October 30, 2024 – Helsinki, Finland (On the Rocks)
- November 1-2, 2024 – Dortmund and Frankfurt, Germany
- November 6, 2024 – Weert, Netherlands (Poppodium de Bosuil)
- November 8, 2024 – UrRock Festival, Switzerland
- November 10, 2024 – Paderno, Italy (Slaughter Club)
After their European performances, GATC will briefly return to India to headline the renowned Mahindra Independence Rock festival in Mumbai. The tour will then resume in Spain, leading to performances in Castellon, Zaragoza, Burgos, Lleida, and Madrid, before concluding at the Winterstorm Festival in Scotland on November 30, 2024.
