Sikkim MP Indrahang Subba Prepares for 18th Lok Sabha Session
Northeast Desk, 20th June: Indrahang Subba, the Lok Sabha MP representing Sikkim Parliamentary Constituency, conveyed a message to the people of Sikkim ahead of the upcoming first session of the 18th Lok Sabha, scheduled to commence on June 24. Subba expressed his enthusiasm and gratitude for being elected for a second consecutive term, pledging to diligently serve the state and its people.
Subba addressed the people of Sikkim, stating, “The first session of the 18th Lok Sabha of the Indian Parliament is starting from 24th June. As your representative, I am excited to be part of our great nation’s 18th Lok Sabha for a second consecutive term from Sikkim Parliamentary Constituency.”
Expressing his appreciation, he continued, “My heartfelt thanks to the people of Sikkim for giving me another opportunity to serve them and our state in the Lok Sabha.”
Subba assured his commitment to uphold the Constitution of India and work tirelessly to represent the best interests of Sikkim. He acknowledged the state’s pending demands and critical issues that require strong advocacy in Parliament. “There are several pending demands and pressing issues of Sikkim that must be strongly advocated for in Parliament. Our voices must resonate strongly in the corridors of power in New Delhi,” Subba emphasized.
“I am fully committed to this responsibility entrusted to me by the people of Sikkim. The experience gained during my first term will be invaluable in this regard,” he affirmed.
Subba also extended gratitude to Hon’ble Chief Minister & SKM President Shri Prem Singh Tamang, party seniors, and the entire SKM family for their steadfast support and guidance, which he believes will enable him to effectively fulfill his responsibilities.
