1- Corpse Flower (Rafflesia Keithii): The giant Corpse Flowers bloom for only a week and rather than having a pleasant fragrance, it seems to have a stinky smell. This flower has large orange petals which can be spread up to 3.6 feet. It is considered as one of the world’s largest flower species.
2- Naked Man Orchid (Orchis Italica): Orchis Italica commonly known as the naked man orchid in the Mediterranean is a type of flower that after blooming looks like a naked man. In Italy, it is believed that the consumption of this flower increases the virility powers in men.
3- Hooker’s lips (Psychotria elata): Hooker’s Lip is a tropical plant that ranges from Central to South American rain forests in Mexico, CostaRica, Ecuador, Panama, and Colombia. This flower looks like lips or to be specific, the flower looks like the red lips of a woman. It has fruits which are oval berries that turn black or blue when they mature.
4- Monkey Orchids (Dracula Simia): They are known as Monkey Orchids because the arrangement of the flower petals resembles a monkey’s face. The plant can bloom at any season and they have the fragrance of ripe oranges.
5- Flame Lily (Gloriosa Supreba): Flame Lilies are considered to be one of nature’s true beauties. These flowers are said to be poisonous or toxic for humans and animals. It is found in Africa to Asia, mostly in the tropical and southern parts of these two continents.
