Team Arunachal Makes History at North East States Team Chess Championship

Itanagar: In a remarkable achievement, Team Arunachal has secured the second position at the North East States Team Chess Championship held in Sikkim.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu congratulated the team, praising their outstanding performance, which showcases Arunachal Pradesh’s growing presence in the chess world, particularly in the North East region.

The team’s success was largely due to the exceptional skills of its members, including Tabu Dupit, Tachung Dupit, Talin Nyumpu, Onya Nalo, and Raja Basar.

Chief Minister Khandu acknowledged their individual contributions, highlighting their key roles in securing the victory.
