Trade Union & CPI(M) stage protest in Tripura

The Tripura state Committee of Centre of Indian Trade Union joined with CPI(M) and staged mass protest against government. The two parties demanded that railways should not be privatized, government property including railways should not be sold, rail services should not be privatized, cheap rates of tickets and good services should be maintained in the railways.

In the protest many CPI(M) leaders and former power minister Manik Dey and CPI(M) leader Shankar Prasad Dutt were also present in the protest.
