Trade Unions and Left Parties support farmers’ Bharat Bandh

Farmers protest in has stepped into a week now and after series of talks with the government no proper solution has aroused till now. The farmers have called for nationwide bandh on 8 December against the new farm bill. Left parties have extended their support to farmer’s call for a Bharat Bandh and appealed to all other political parties supporting the farmer’s cause to show cooperation. CPI, CPI(M) and CPM(M-L), Revolutionary Socialist Party and All India Forward Bloc all will extend their support for the upcoming bandh.

Trade Unions have also extended their support against the Bharat Bandh on December. Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC), All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC), Hind Mazdoor Sabha (HMS), Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU), All India United Trade Union Centre (AIUTUC) and Trade Union Co-ordination Centre (TUCC) all have urged to observe bandh on 8 December.
