Tragic Incident Unfolds in Kahilipara: CRPF Jawan Found Dead
Guwahati, 25th June: A heartbreaking incident has unfolded in Kahilipara, where CRPF jawan Ditumani Haalai was discovered dead in a locked room. Ditumani, a member of the 175 battalion stationed in Manipur, had been residing in a rented house with his wife and two children.
Despite his primary duty in Manipur, Ditumani periodically visited his family at their rented accommodation in Kahilipara. However, on a recent return home, tragedy struck.
According to reports, Ditumani unexpectedly arrived home to find his wife, Hiramani Halai, in a compromising situation with another man inside their rented room. Allegedly armed with a knife, a confrontation ensued, resulting in Ditumani sustaining fatal injuries.
Police swiftly apprehended Hiramani Halai following the incident. She stands accused of maintaining extramarital relationships during her husband’s deployments, a situation believed to have led to the fatal altercation.
