Northeast Desk, 29th January: Rajib Bhattacharya, the president of Tripura Pradesh BJP, emphasized the party’s primary goal of securing victory in both Lok Sabha seats in Tripura during an organizational meeting at the Pradesh BJP office. The objective is to fortify Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s position in the upcoming 2024 elections.
Tripura comprises two Lok Sabha seats – East and West Tripura. Bhattacharya stated that the Pradesh BJP is actively engaged, keeping a keen eye on the Lok Sabha election. The party aims to ensure the re-election of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister. He expressed confidence that BJP candidates in the state would triumph in both Lok Sabha seats, contributing to the strength of Prime Minister Modi. Organizational meetings, including interactions with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and the initiation of the Gao Chalo Abhiyan, are part of the strategic preparations for the upcoming election.
