Tripura: BJP Strategizes Grassroots Campaigning for Lok Sabha Elections in Agartala
Northeast Desk, 3rd April: In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, BJP’s National General Secretary (Organization), B.L. Santosh, convened a crucial gathering with all BJP leaders in Agartala, focusing particularly on the West Parliamentary Constituency.
A BJP leader revealed that the agenda of the meeting was to bolster organizational efforts at the grassroots level and devise strategic campaigning plans at the BJP election headquarters.
The session, led by B.L. Santosh, primarily targeted the West parliamentary seat, with key figures including BJP candidate and former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Chief Minister Manik Saha, and BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharya in attendance.
The meeting commenced with discussions with the election management committee of the West parliamentary seat, followed by interactions with the Mandal presidents of the constituency.
“Our objective is to strengthen our grassroots presence ahead of the impending Lok Sabha elections. B.L. Santosh arrived this afternoon for an imperative meeting and later chaired a pivotal session focusing on the West Parliamentary seat. He meticulously gathered insights from leaders and urged us to expedite our efforts,” said the source.
During the session, Santosh emphasized the importance of accelerating organizational endeavors at the grassroots level and delineated a strategic blueprint for the election campaign.
