Northeast Desk, 21st October: Tripura Chief Minister, Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, announced the formation of a ‘Special Task Force’ by the Crime Branch of the Tripura Police to counter criminal groups and syndicates operating within the state. Dr. Saha made this announcement while attending the Police Commemoration Day at the Manoranjan Debbarma Smriti Stadium of Police Lines in Arundhatinagar, Agartala.
In his address during the event, the Chief Minister acknowledged the critical role played by Tripura Police in ensuring the safety of the society. He commended their tireless efforts and dedication to safeguarding citizens from the influence of anti-social elements and criminals.
