Northeast Desk, 5th March: In a significant development, Tripura Police apprehended four Bangladeshi nationals, including two women, at Agartala Railway Station on March 5.
The individuals are believed to have entered India illegally, prompting their arrest during a search operation conducted by the Government Railway Police (GRP).
Authorities have launched an investigation into the matter, and a case has been registered against them under applicable legal statutes. The arrests underscore the ongoing efforts to curb illegal immigration and maintain border security.
