Tripura: Ganja worth ₹ 50,000 seized in Churaibari; 2 arrested

Northeast Desk, 28th February: In a significant development, the Tripura’s Churaibari police station has scored a major victory in the fight against drugs, claiming to contribute towards a drug-free state.

In a recent raid conducted by Churaibari police, two individuals were apprehended for their involvement in ganja trafficking.

The traffickers were found utilizing innovative methods to smuggle the banned substance.

The arrests mark a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug trafficking in the region. Authorities remain committed to curbing such illicit activities and maintaining law and order in the area.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing to uncover any additional links or accomplices involved in the illegal trade.
